Description (partial)

Symptom:
ME3600X running 153-1.S1 is configured with both shaping and priority, under the class-map there is 'bandwidth remaining percent 5' statement, when we poll cbQosQueueingCfgBandwidth it is returning a value of 0.

Apart from cbQosQueueingCfgBandwidth showing zero, the cbQosQueueingCfgBandwidthUnits is 1, which is kbps. So this is wrong too because if you have "bandwidth remaining percent" configured, it should reflect the "percentage" value.

Conditions:
ME3600 platform with QoS configuration consists of shaping and policing with 'bandwidth remaining percent' configuration.
