Symptom: If deployed in combination with the UCCE Personal Callback (PCB) feature applied to a block of dedicated agents, Sizing Tool capacities generated across any dialing mode (and either dialer type) may be highly inaccurate ? and should not be applied without further adjustment. Characteristics of the Personal Callback record and call handling differ significantly from those of standard Outbound agents, and internal common handling of both agent types can significantly skew port and agent capacity calculations. In addition, PCB has inefficiencies when scheduling calls for logged out agents when an alternate campaign DN is not selected. See "Further Problem Description" for more info. Conditions: Unified Contact Center Enterprise Personal Callback feature deployed along with standard Outbound Option agents.
