Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA running 9.2.1 will not form BGP neighborship with peer devices which support "Graceful Restart capability" by default. ASA will tear down neighborship and following messages can be seen.

%ASA-3-418040: unsupported or mal-formatted message received from 192.168.1.10:

Conditions:
ASA having BGP neighborship issues with peer devices which negotiate "Graceful Restart capability" in BGP OPEN message By default
