Users are automatically deactivated with the sync interval on CWMS 2.0 MR4

Users are integrated via CUCM into CWMS, the affected end user records have not received an update within the last 8 weeks. You can see the users that will be active with the query (replace 1403879688 with the date - 8 weeks in unix format):
run sql select userid from enduser where cdrtime > 1403879688

CWMS ldap users disabled
After the weekly ldap sync with Callmanager, all users have been set inactive with the "* User has been disabled on LDAP" message. The users are still active in LDAP and can authenticate to Callmanager. Tried re-sync and it shows 0 added and 0 set inactive. Any ideas? CWMS version
