Description (partial)

Symptom:
with bng dhcp lease split enabled, when the option 55 is not included in the discover , the BNG will not caching the options in the offer packet from the dhcp server, then when the client send request, some needed dhcp option is absent in the ACK which is generated by aSR9K as a dhcp proxy , causing the dhcp client to disconnect from the BNG.

Conditions:
this is only observed in the case that DHCP lease proxy (AKA DHCP lease split enabled) and the STB does not include option 55 in the discover to indicating what DHCP options are expected , but it still want to receive some dhcp options from dhcp server during the renew which is hijacked by ASR9K who dose not have those needed dhcp option cached.
