Live Customer record is getting updated as 21 in Dialer Detail DB Table

On receiving CPA Result as Live speech, Dialer updates the record as 21 instead of 10 in dialer detail table, when Transfer to IVR campaign is used.
This issue could manifest in both CUBE for outbound trunks and PSTN gateway environment

Dear All,  We are running Sip dialer for 10.5 setup and using Agent and IVR based campaign . Both the campaign are working fine , but in ICM ba database  callResult is showing is wrong .   Agent Based campaign answered call is  showing callResult is : 10 Customer answered and was connected to agent IVR based campaign answered call is showing callResult is : 21 Customer dropped call within configured abandoned time   Please tell me how to make call result as 10 . or any registry  level settings change ...
