Symptom: The WSA may send out alerts Critical <System> s670c01.csr: Reached maximum failures querying DNS server and log these messages to the system logs Thu Jun 26 14:26:23 2014 Critical: Reached maximum failures querying DNS server 172.29.176.4 Conditions: Our default DNS failure rate for flagging a DNS server as down, is too low, and can trigger when local DNS servers are functioning properly. This results in alerts and flagging DNS servers as down, until we detect a successful reply, from the affected DNS server.
