Description (partial)

Symptom:
Switchover time from Secondary to Primary is a little slow which means the end-hosts (sending packets through ASR9K and Nexus7K) experience packet loss in the range of 6-8 seconds.

Conditions:
MC-LAG configured on an ASR9K to a Nexus7K setup with VPC
