Description (partial)

Symptom:
N7k: snmpwalk timeouts consistently on OID: cseSyslogMessageSeverity using timeout value '3' but when used with timeout value '4', walk gives proper output or it may timeouts which is randomly happening but not consistently.

Conditions:
