Description (partial)

Steps to reproduce :

1.Register cisco Jabber for iPhones and iPad in Unified Communications Manager
2. Associate the user 1 : : 8023) and user 2: : 8027)with the Jabber for iPhone1 and  Jabber for iPhone2
3. Associate the User1 : (8025) with the Jabber for iPad1.
4. Make a call from  to
5. Answer the call in
6. Press the "More" icon in the and click "Transfer" icon and then give DN of 
7. Click call icon
6. Call will be transferred to

Issue Description :
In (8027), it is showing as "Incoming call"

Expected Behaviour :
It should show it as Transferred call in (8027) and notification as From and For DN also
