Known Affected Releases
Symptom: IE 11 requires a user to login using HTTPS, HTTP no longer works as it did with other IE version. However this then breaks recording playback as WMS doesn't support HTTPS (known issue) and so a user has to manually change to HTTP. Conditions: Access TCS using IE 11 using HTTP will not work. This is an IE 11 problem and so the TCS version is irrelevant.
