Description (partial)

Symptom:
duration time shows wrong format if less than 1 min

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:
 
->	Phone A making call to Phone B
->	Phone B answers the call
->	Phone B talks with Phone A for 15 seconds
->	Phone B ends the calls
->	In Phone A, Go to Recent -> Click Line 1 DN-> Select top most call entry -> Click  More -> Click Details
->	Here time duration display without any time units.(seconds/minutes)
 
Actual Behaviour:
->	There is no time unit display in call history details.
 
Expected Behaviour:
->	Time should be display in a format like 00:00 if time duration is in seconds.
