Description (partial)

Symptom:
- Error stating controller unreachable
- Controller status shows as offline
- Windows service terminates unexpectedly
- Windows service does not always restart/start
- Assets connectors cannot be created
- RabbitMQ admin console inaccessible through browser (http://localhost:55672)
- Rabbitmq_management plugin may not be enabled
- only able to access home drive as user; "admin" prompt cannot access. Suspect due to permissions

Conditions:
- VMware Virtual Machine with Windows Server 2008 R2 x64
- 8 GB RAM
- 1 TB HDD
- Admin user home drive variable set as mapped network drive through Active Directory, logon script, folder redirection, or group policy. i.e. home drive = G:
