Description (partial)

Symptom:
Storm-control incorrectly drops the multicast packets momentarily when flapping a member of the L2 port-channel. Storm-control drops the frames even with traffic rate below the configured level under storm-control. It drops the packets when the link goes down and drops the packets again when link comes up.

Conditions:
Even if you increase the 'storm-control level' or decrease the traffic rate it still throws the log that packets are suppressed during link flaps.

L2 2x10Gbps Port-channel configured with 'Storm-control multicast/broadcast level 50.00".
