Description (partial)

A switch or wireless LAN controller may reload repetitively with:

"Stack Manager requested reload due to ASIC ballot failure"

or with

*Sep  2 14:52:42.889: %STACKMGR-1-RELOAD: 2 stack-mgr:  Reloading due to reason stack merge due to incompatiblity
*Sep  2 14:52:43.291: %IOSXE-3-PLATFORM: 2 process sysmgr: Reset/Reload requested by [stack-manager].
