Symptom:
The following configs NOT synced between active and standby

Conditions:
1. config interface m5/0/0:0
   cable admission-control max-reserved-bandwidth 20
2. config interface wi5/0/0:0
   cable rf-channel 0 bandwidth-percent 20
3. config interface m5/0/0:0 again
   default cable admission-control max-reserved-bandwidth
4. do LC switchover, "cable admission-control max-reserved-bandwidth 20" still exist in protect LC's interface
