Description (partial)

Symptom:
Clients are unable to get IPV6 address from DHCP server, when the connected private-vlan enabled trunk ports are bounced.

Conditions:
Switchports ports are configured with following commands:
 ipv6 snooping attach-policy HOST
 ipv6 dhcp guard attach-policy DHCP-CLIENT
 ipv6 source-guard attach-policy SOUR-GUARD
