Symptom:
Agent is logged in through call by call connection,when he makes a call from his CTI OS to a PSTN number, there is one way audio where the PSTN end cannot hear the agent side. 
The agent phone is also a PSTN line, not an IP phone. The agent PSTN phone and the mobile phone both use the same gateway to connect the call.

Conditions:
Happens when the LCP and RCP leg of the call happens through the same gateway and same PRI
