Description (partial)

Symptom:
No recording during a recording schedule from 4:00 AM to next scheduled recording start.

Conditions:
This can occur with scheduled recording configurations if the schedule contains a no-recording period and a camera with this schedule is added or an existing camera is configured to use this schdule during a no-recording period.

For example, a camera is added at 18:00 on a weekday with the following configuration.  

Weekday schedule:
00:00 - 08:00 Continuous Recording
08:00 - 17:00 Continuous + Motion Recording
17:00 - 00:00 No Recording

There will a one-time no recording period between 4:00 and 8:00 for this camera.
