Description (partial)

Symptom:
The multicast route entries are not repopulated on the Dense/Sparse mode boundary router after "clear ip mroute *" is performed on the boundary router.

Conditions:
The boundary router has "ip pim dense-mode proxy-register" configured on the interface towards the dense-mode domain and comply with SM implementation using static RP with ACL towards Sparse-mode domain. The RP's group ACL are configured in format "permit 239.100.100.1"
