Description (partial)
Symptom: Unicasted L3 Routed Traffic from Northstar 40G ports to 10G ports is not utilizing the extra buffer present in the Northstar ASIC. Conditions: Only applicable for L3 Routed traffic from 40G to 10G ports with 10G ports part of SVI(VLAN). Not applicable otherwise.
