Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the recovery image is deleted from the flash of a lightweight AP, you can load it back onto the AP flash using the download-sw command. However, when this AP joins a controller, the recovery image is overwritten by the CAPWAP image downloaded from the WLC. So if the factory installed recovery image is deleted by accident, there is no way to re-install it back on a lightweight AP.

Conditions:
Deleting the recovery image from a lightweight AP
