Description (partial)
Symptom: CPP may crash in heavy usage of the Object between RP and FP Conditions: When sessions flap and cause the QoS configuration to go up and down, the add and delete events could overlap. This crash occurs when the configuration object is updated while it is in deleted from the hardware. The issue is timing related and is exposed when a large scale configuration goes up and down.
