Description (partial)

Symptom:
Currently if the port 8080 is commented out to use https (8443) in the webserver.xml file you will get an invalid page and an error that you are unable to connect.

Requesting the ability to redirect that traffic to the https port.

Conditions:
Customer has been using port 8080 that is the default when installing the client manager. Some time later HTTPS using port 8443 was configured and working. The users have the original port 8080 as a Favorite/Bookmark and launches the client that way. Rather than changing all the users bookmarks and favorites the ability to redirect that incoming request to the proper port would correct that issue
