Description (partial)
Symptom: Following an RP failover, the user may find the non-owner port on the RPL owner node incorrectly blocked. Conditions: This problem affects all IOS-XR releases up to release 5.2.2, where it is fixed. The problem occurs following an RP failover event. The problem only affects the RPL owner node.
