Symptom:
Problem Details: We would like to know what are the proper steps to take to get a newly installed disk on Storage Array being recognize by VDS-TC solution after the array setup process.

After issue the fdisk -l to identify the disks whose don't have a partition table, the prompt doesn't show any new inserted disk. We've followed the steps inside the Troubleshooting guide recommended by Cisco while ago.

Although this is not the first time we replace a disk, but previously the disks became activated due some reloads of the servers which is not the case for this matter.
