Description (partial)

Symptom:
N5K  ethpm  service crash.

Conditions:
Two N5Ks  combined into VPC and has N2Ks as downstream connect to hosts
the same config change was made on the N2K ports at the same time(using chat window tool on secure CRT or other tool to make config change at the same time)
the crash may happen when we have physical ports in I state in portchannel and do the following example config change:

N5K-2(config-if-range)# show port-ch s
Flags:  D - Down        P - Up in port-channel (members)
        I - Individual  H - Hot-standby (LACP only)
        s - Suspended   r - Module-removed
        S - Switched    R - Routed
        U - Up (port-channel)
        M - Not in use. Min-links not met
