Description (partial)

Symptom:
he dynamic nature of the IP mobile tunnel will not give a tunnel down syslog message or any syslog message when there are LTE network problems.  The IP mobile tunnel will disappear with no indication there is a n issue.  This impact operations when the LTE services is in backup mode. We do message on IP mobile tunnel up messages.

Conditions:
This will occur with a 4G cellular interface shutdown or 4g LTE network event such that the remote router can no longer reach the home agent in the carrier network.
