Cisco Bug: CSCup53049 - TMSXE non-AD Mode Error:The conference owner was not found in TMS.

- Cisco TelePresence Management Server
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Clients using Cisco TMSBA fail to save conferences when they do not specify a username, but only specify an email address. This is typically impacting Cisco TMSXE when using non-AD mode. Note: Customers should generally not use non-AD mode. Only use this option after consulting with your Cisco account team. Conditions: The issue happens when: 1) A user is created in TMS with username = EXAMPLE.COM\john.smith, but with no email address. 2) A Cisco TMSBA client tries to save a conference the email address specifying email@example.com as the owner, while not specifying a username. Cisco TMS then fails to match the email address in step 2 with the user in step 1, and tries to create a new (duplicated) john.smith user. This action fails, and a "The conference owner was not found in TMS" error is returned to the Cisco TMSBA client.
