Cisco Bug: CSCup52937 - Sometimes Phone idle screen shows device not registered message

Symptom: Device shows "Telephone service not available" message on idle call screen after locale change Conditions: Keep the device in phone idle screen. Change the locale from UCM from English to something else. Send a "Apply Config" or "Restart" from UCM. Phone will loose registration and will re-register successfully (you can see the primary DN in the status bar). But right pane of the device still shows a translated version of message "Telephone service not available" and doesn't display idle call screen options.
