Description (partial)
Symptom: ASBR router received vpnv4 prefix from peer device, but do not assign local label to those prefixes. Conditions: When at first the ASBR works as PE too, it has the VRF configuration. Remove the VRF from configuration (but didn't remove vrf from router bgp configuration) would cause the problem.
