Symptom:
XML parsing error occurs when "get" is received from a 3rd party AXL application.

The error is:

cause:  cvc-datatype-valid.1.2.1: 'ture' is not a valid value for 'boolean'.

There is the wrong character "ture" in iPhone_DMClient_rules.xml in mterm-iphone-install-130917.cop 
It's just the problem. It should be "true".

Conditions:
It happens after installing cmterm-iphone-install-130917.cop.sgn.
