Symptom:
LISP subinterfaces (e.g. LISP0.1) do not receive an ifEntry. As a result, any such subinterfaces cannot be monitored via SNMP. For example, the subinterface will not appear in show snmp mib ifmib ifindex or a remote snmpwalk.
