Cisco Bug: CSCup50233 - 6.x upgrade is dropping leading zeros on cjcount id for SAP Linked jobs

Symptom: *** This bug is to track the fix to be in the upd.xml file *** 6.x upgrade is droppping leading zeros in cjcount id for SAP linked jobs. SAP increased the length of thier cjcount id to 8 digits,(all id must be 8 characters long). During the upgarde process we are removing the leading zeros. Example <sapclone><cname>jobname</cname><cjcount>81100</cjcount><trkchild>Y</trkchild></sapclone> Xml should be <sapclone><cname>jobname</cname><cjcount>00081100</cjcount><trkchild>Y</trkchild></sapclone> Conditions: Any cjcount id that have leading zeros are removed during upgrade.
