Symptom: When the BSSGP RIM message is being transferred to peer sgsn/mme over gtpv2 , then sometimes the sgsn sends one byte less in fcontainer. For example if the expected fcontainer should be of 54 bytes, but sgsn sends 53 bytes. Conditions: Sometimes the SGSN sends one byte less in fcontainer, when the BSSGP RIM message is being transferred from local bss to peer sgsn/mme over gtpv2.
