Symptom:
Protected paths is shown as 0

Conditions:
After enabling dynamic path protection with mpls traffic engineering
The backup path MUST have more than one merge point/intersect nodes with the primary path (the tail of the backup tunnel is not the same as the next hop of the protected link).
