Symptom:
With this feature there is a probability that During DPC unplanned migration, if requests are pending for GTPUMgr proclet to add/delete/update session, call loss can occur due to out of sync between Sessmgr proclet and GTPUMgr proclet during the audit.

Conditions:
This is very much specific to Unplanned card migration scenario only.  With this feature, we have increase bucket size for number sessions sends out towards GTPUMgr is higher compare to earlier release (from 64 to 96 sessions), so depending on the pending request in that bucket during unplanned migration audit failure observed and lead to few call loss.
