Description (partial)

Symptom:
SSO-Persistent cookie mode does not work on Jabber.
if you set Persistent Cookie Maximum Time is longer than the time after jabber log in  , after relaunch jabber ,Authorization isn't valid, need to re-input username and password

Conditions:
Pre-condition: 
UCM:
- System->Enterprise Parameters Configuration->SSO Configuration->OAUTH Token Expiry Timer: 30	
- SSO enabled
OpenAM:
Set cookie type as "Persistent":
1. Login to openam web page
2. Navigate to configuration->Authentication->Core->Persistent Cookie Mode, and check enabled->Persistent Cookie Maximum Time=1800
steps:
1- Sign in to CUPC 10.x with SSO on
2- Put Jabber into background and wait for 10 minutes
3- Sign out and sign in or kill and relaunch Jabber or Reboot device and relaunch Jabber
