Description (partial)
Symptom: Steps: 1- Sign in to Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence 10.5 with SSO on 2- Put Jabber into background and wait for 10 minutes 3- Sign out and sign in or kill and relaunch Jabber or Reboot device and relaunch Jabber Result: - Authorization isn't valid, need to re-input username and password. Expected Result: - Authorization should be still valid, no need to re-login to Jabber. Conditions: Pre-condition: Unified Communications Manager: - System->Enterprise Parameters Configuration->SSO Configuration->OAUTH Token Expiry Timer: 30 - SSO enabled IDP: Set cookie type as "Persistent" on OpenAM 10.1 or ADFS2.0.
