Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Procedure to reproduce this issue:

- Created one recurrence meeting from outlook using TMSXE.
- Recurrence pattern: daily and the first occurence is in the past.
- The creator received the accepted email form all the participant rooms.
- However, the conference information e-mail was never received by the creator.

Conditions:
When the customer books a recerrence conference with one of the instance in the past.
