Description (partial)
Symptom: After a non-seamless splice to the main, some black frames inserted after the last ad to extend it might be streamed too late to the output resulting in a negative DTS-STC. Conditions: A service is configured for AVC splicing on a co-processor or MIC card. The ad is too short and a forced splice is needed to splice back from the ad to the main.
