Description (partial)

Followed the steps to configure SSO with the below Cisco Documentation:

++ However we go to the step to enable sso with below command: 
admin:utils sso enable and we are getting the below error: 
"Error: Open Access Manager (OpenAM) not configured based on FQDN"

After troubleshooting, there is a mandatory step on OpenAM that needs to be completed, so that CUCM can successfully let us enable SSO.

After the OpenAm installation, go to Access Controls, and check if user "demo" is listed under "subjects". 

** If user "demo" with password "changeit" is Not created, the CUCM SSO functionality gets interrupted and you wont be able to enable SSO successfully on CUCM side.
