Cisco Bug: CSCup44177 - [DOC]Update - Configuring OpenAM section
Jul 03, 2017
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Followed the steps to configure SSO with the below Cisco Documentation: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/8_6_1/ccmfeat/fsgd-861-cm/fssso.html#wp1418831 ++ However we go to the step to enable sso with below command: ! admin:utils sso enable and we are getting the below error: "Error: Open Access Manager (OpenAM) not configured based on FQDN" After troubleshooting, there is a mandatory step on OpenAM that needs to be completed, so that CUCM can successfully let us enable SSO. Conditions: After the OpenAm installation, go to Access Controls, and check if user "demo" is listed under "subjects". ** If user "demo" with password "changeit" is Not created, the CUCM SSO functionality gets interrupted and you wont be able to enable SSO successfully on CUCM side.
