Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrade from 8.0.1-023 to 8.5.6-063, one of the local users cannot access the appliance using GUI. User see following App Fault:

Conditions:
Upgrade from 7.6 to 8.0.1 to 8.5.6 with restricted user roles.

Hi I'm getting a lot of these errors from the ironport, but i never see a problem when logging in. Anyone knows what it means ?
