Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Cursor will focus on the last session when cancel transfer/conference

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-2MA-8dev
1. phone built three sessions with B, C, D
2. resume and focus the first session with B
3. press transfer/conference hardkey, then cancel it

result: cursor foucs on the last session with D, the problem occurs on the all call filter
