Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is a difference in Call History for Call Forwarding between CP-78xx and other IP phones.

Conditions:
[How to reproduce]
1. Phone-A calls Phone-B.
2. Phone-A pushes a softkey (Transfer) and calls Phone-C.
3. Phone-A pushes a softkey (Transfer) again and the transfer is completed.
   --> A session between Phone-B and Phone-C is established.
4. disconnect the call.
5. Check Call History on Phone B

- If Phone-B is CP-69xx, received call in call history is displayed as Phone-A.
- If Phone-B is CP-99xx, received call in call history is displayed as Phone-A.
- If Phone-B is CP-78xx, received call in call history is displayed as Phone-C.
  --> Push "Details" and we can see two phones in the detailed call history.
         --Phone-C
         --Phone-A
