Description (partial)
Symptom: On the core-spine-leaf topology, the ECMP load-balance on N3064 did not evenly distribute the traffic. with the version version 6.0(2)U2(4) on N3064, I have to reload the box to ensure it can work every time when I changed the ecmp random feed command. Conditions: to reload the box is necessary to ensure the "ip load-sharing address source-destination universal-id <value>" work.
