Symptom: MediaSense Search & Play page, when a user clicks on play button on a recorded call with duration of 10 minutes, after listening to that recording, the same user clicks on another recorded call of 15 minutes duration and after 15 minutes the same user clicks on another recorded call of 10 minutes, after that the user was logged out of MediaSense Search & Play page. MediaSense didn't detect any user interaction during the 30 minutes timeout. Conditions: Looks like we are getting this issue upon hitting the RTSP URL when we play the recordings. This may make the Search & Play portal idle for 30 minutes.
