Description (partial)

Symptom:
When we have same ipv6 address configured on both the SVIs (on either side of a L2 ether channel link) and then if we configure the correct ipv6 address on one side, ping6 fails.
this is seen if N3064 has 6.0(2)U3(1) or 6.0(2)U3(2) image

Conditions:
N3064 has the above images and SVIs are configured with duplicate IPv6 address and then the peer switch is configured with the correct ipv6 address
