Description (partial)

The total number of sessions on chassis is different with the standby chassis.
In initial analysis, the total number of session on sessmgr on both chassis is same.
However, the number of session on egtpinmgr is different between active and standby.

1. Check if there is no session on egtpinmgr/gtpumgr on both active and standby.
2. Start the 'make&break' script with 1800 CEPS.
3. Initiate SRP switchover manually.
4. Stop the script.
5. Check if there is no sessions on active
6. Check the number of session on sessmgr/egtpinmgr/gtpumgr on both.
