Cisco Bug: CSCup41130 - Port entries missing in iptable right after upgrade to 8.6.2 ES.

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Upgrade from version 220.127.116.1100-5 and then upgraded to 18.104.22.16826-1. Entry for port 5060 is not there in IPtable due to which CUCM do not accept any TCP connection on port 5060. Thus none of the SIP phones register to CUCM. Issue is not specific to port 5060, port 2000 and other configured ports (5067 in my case, configured as Incoming SIP traffic listening port )is also missing. Conditions: Upgrade to any ES in 8.6.2 train, ex: 22.214.171.12426-1, 126.96.36.19996-2.
